It is necessary to do sport at all ages. Especially elderly people are exposed to the dangers of diseases caused by physical inactivity. Though it is not always reluctance but the lack of possibilities which prevents people from being adequate physically active. And very often people are not able to make use of a fitness centre because of their financial conditions. Therefore it is for the public benefit to maintain our senior citizen’s health and to make them feel comfortable.
